



Recepi:
Ingredients for sponge cake4 nos. eggs
250 gm. Chocolate Sponge Mix
70 ml Water
1 tsp Ovalette
70 ml Corn Oil
Method:1) Beat eggs, Sponge Mix Flour, water and Ovalette together until fluffy.
2) Fold in the corn oil.
3) Pour into 8" Round cake tin and bake at 180C for about 40 min or until skewer inserted come out clean.
Ingredients for buttercream:recepi for buttercream take from : Baking mum's blog, but i have cut half of the ingredients.
100 gram sugar
30 gram water
70 gram egg white
150 gram butter
150 gram margerine
method:
1) Boil sugar and water till thick.
2) Whisk egg white until fluffy and pour in the hot syrup.
3) Continue whisking the egg white until cool.
4) Add in the chilled butter and margerine and let it beat untul thick and fluffy.
Note : You can add in any coloring that you like and Decorate as desired.
