My first Pipping Of Roses... Buttercream Cake







Recepi:

Ingredients for sponge cake

4 nos. eggs
250 gm. Chocolate Sponge Mix
70 ml Water
1 tsp Ovalette
70 ml Corn Oil

Method:
1) Beat eggs, Sponge Mix Flour, water and Ovalette together until fluffy.
2) Fold in the corn oil.
3) Pour into 8" Round cake tin and bake at 180C for about 40 min or until skewer inserted come out clean.

Ingredients for buttercream:
recepi for buttercream take from : Baking mum's blog, but i have cut half of the ingredients.

100 gram sugar
30 gram water

70 gram egg white

150 gram butter
150 gram margerine

method:

1) Boil sugar and water till thick.
2) Whisk egg white until fluffy and pour in the hot syrup.
3) Continue whisking the egg white until cool.
4) Add in the chilled butter and margerine and let it beat untul thick and fluffy.

Note : You can add in any coloring that you like and Decorate as desired.

Black Sesame Sponge Cake..

I have done this Black Sesame Sponge Cake few days ago... The taste that i only felt was the black sesame too strong, maybe i have added to many black sesame powder... hope can try it again next time...:(

This cake i baked it especially for my cousin... Cloe Heng... I decorated it with Butter cream and the sponge cake is vanila flovor... Really taste good... "HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU CLOE.."

My little pig shape mooncakes... I done it with my Brother's Wife.. Shih Chek in office.. cute rite? I took this recepi from one of our Chinese Newspaper... The filling is Pandan flavor With Shreded Coconut, taste is good and fragrant..




Oh.. during the mooncake festival... my mother asked me to bake some mini mooncakes for her... here is the mooncakes that i have baked for my mother and had gave some to my unties...

This is my first bake... taste... i can't imagine, haha... but my sweetie really enjoy it...
